“INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION IN INDIA”

ABSTRACT
The Industrial Revolution, which spanned from the late 18th to the mid-19th century, was a transformative period in human history marked by significant technological advancements and changes in societal and economic structures. This article provides an overview of the Industrial Revolution, its causes, and its effects on the world. The article also examines the various technological innovations that were developed during this period, including the steam engine, the spinning jenny, and the power loom, which enabled mass production and greatly increased the efficiency of manufacturing processes. Additionally, the article delves into the social and economic changes that took place as a result of the Industrial Revolution, including the rise of capitalism, urbanization, and the emergence of the working class. Finally, the article discusses the legacy of the Industrial Revolution and its ongoing impact on modern society, including the development of advanced technologies, the globalization of trade, and the ongoing struggle to balance economic growth with social and environmental concerns.

ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN THE INDIAN EDUCATION SECTOR”

ABSTRACT
Organizational excellence is a comprehensive approach to managing an organization that focuses on achieving high levels of performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. There are several models of organizational excellence that have been developed over the years, and research has shown that organizational excellence can have a positive impact on organizational performance and outcomes. Organizations that strive for excellence are more likely to achieve their strategic goals and objectives, as well as enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. is study used a cross-sectional research design to collect data from employees working in educational institutions in India. The sampling method used in this study was convenience sampling. The data was collected using a self-administered questionnaire. RIMIT, mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab and Amritsar College of Engineering and technology, Amritsar, Punjab was chosen for the study. The sample size was 100. The result showed that In terms of gender, the sample was 55% female participants. In terms of age, the majority of the participants (40%) fell into the 30–39-year age group. With respect to education level, half of the participants held a Master's degree, Regarding position, 60% of the participants were in academic positions, The majority of participants (80%) reported working full-time.
