Dear Readers,

This is the second issue of “The Business Age”. I thank my entire team who had worked very hard to maintain the continuity of this journal. In the beginning, let me tell you frankly, that like any other new comer, the team of “The Business Age” was also very nervous. But since its launch the appreciation and criticism that continued to reach us from various sources, have strengthened us. We are sure of a bright future and a long relationship with you today.

We at “The Business Age” are committed to the vision of creation of a global knowledge bank on business and management. With that objective we are trying to reach every nook and corner of this planet. But we cannot do that without your help. Each of you, who stood beside us and inspired us always, are partners of this journal in attempting to create the global knowledge bank.

In this context, let me tell you that we are happy to get connected to Dr. Stephen Aro- Gordon from Baze University, Abuja, Nigeria. When I told Dr. Stephen about this journal and our motive, he was very happy to contribute one of his papers to us. This will be recorded in the history of this journal as one of the great initial attempts to connect the world. On behalf of my entire team, I thank Dr. Stephen for his contributions to this journal and welcome him in our Business Age family.

In this context, I must also mention a few other names without whose cooperation, this issue would not have been possible. Our managing editor Dr. Shaifali Rachna Puri, our good academic friend Mr. Anamitra Roy, Professor Amandeep Kaur, Dr. Rajesh Konnur and the other writers who helped us to publish their writings have been pillars of strength to us.

With support and constant motivation from all of you we hope to unite the world and create a platform where every man would be free to express his thoughts, where every action would be backed by adequate high quality research, where every scholar will be able to voice his opinion, where every researcher will be free to choose his research area. We dream of a world where every research paper will be read with pride, where we shall be able to chase all our business dreams. “The Business Age” is your companion towards that journey of creation of that sort of a world. With growing times, like any other activity business has changed its nature. Demolition of borders has created complexities. Business psychologies are not static, too. We at “The Business Age” are confident of studying these business phenomena and reaching new conclusions that will open new doors to the world of business and business thinkers.
